Project Manager

Your day-to-day journey with us

  • Collaborate closely with Grant's CEO/Creative Director and the team to support and oversee various projects.
  • Craft and deliver monthly reports on team utilization to the CEO/Creative Director, providing valuable insights.
  • Dive into project onboarding, efficiently setting up our project management platforms, allocating our team's time for each deliverable, and crafting overall timelines for all new projects.
  • Take the reins in setting, tracking, and managing project timelines and budgets, covering everything from strategy and design to revisions.
  • Participate actively in client meetings, centralizing notes and recordings in Notion for seamless collaboration.
  • Skillfully manage our team's workflow through Notion, ensuring everyone is aligned on tasks and deadlines.
  • Be the go-to problem-solver when projects face budget or timeline challenges, working hand-in-hand with project teams to find solutions.
  • Keep our clients in the loop, providing weekly updates on project status and staying one step ahead to anticipate and address their questions.
  • Take charge of organizing and booking key project meetings, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Act as a liaison with contractors when needed, briefing them on project requirements, and holding them accountable to deadlines and budgeted hours.
  • Keep a watchful eye on project budgets, giving both clients and the team ample notice about overruns and strategizing to stay within scope.
  • Navigate the final scope, invoice completed projects, and keep the CEO/Creative Director updated on utilization rates.

  • 2+ years mastering project management in creative and digital studios.

  • A detail-enthusiast who is ready to help our team get to the next level through smart, efficient, cutting-edge processes.
  • Personal responsibility champion – no blaming, just solution-finding.
  • Assertive and unafraid to take the lead for the project's greater good.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and an insatiable appetite for learning.
  • Proven team player, seamlessly collaborating across functions.
  • Balancing hard and soft skills with leadership, diplomacy, prioritization, and research prowess.

Bonuses

Compensation: 25-30 hours weekly, $30-$40/hr depending on experience
