Project Manager

We’re Grant — a Brand & Packaging Design Studio. We create art-led ecosystems that help brands grow, evolve, and redefine what’s possible. Now, we’re looking for an equally ambitious Project Manager to keep our studio running at peak performance.

This is not your first rodeo. You’ve been in the agency world for 3+ years, you know how to juggle timelines and budgets without breaking a sweat, and you have that rare super A-type gift: you see the details, the gaps, and the potential bottlenecks before anyone else does.

What you’ll do:

• Create project timelines, allocate resources, and manage schedules for multiple branding, packaging, and web projects.
• Keep the team’s workload balanced — enough to maximize productivity without compromising quality or wellbeing.
• Be the point of contact for clients once projects are underway, ensuring clear, timely communication.
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and manage changes with precision.
• Handle invoicing and project-related admin tasks.
• Keep projects moving forward — no matter what.

What you bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a creative or marketing agency.
• A bulletproof attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Confidence in managing multiple projects, timelines, and people at once.
• Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and never letting things slip.
• The ability to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues.
• Comfort working fully remote and managing your own time effectively.
